Starwin88 Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Starwin88 online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at starwin88.cam ("the Platform", "the Site", "we", "us", "our"). In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

Registration and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet each of the following criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Starwin88 operates a strict 21+ policy. Individuals under the age of 21 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting activity on the Platform.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
3. You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
4. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of Starwin88, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless explicit written consent has been obtained from Starwin88 management.
5. You are not self-excluded from the Platform or from online gambling pursuant to any self-exclusion programme administered by Starwin88 or any applicable regulatory body.
6. You are not depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.

4.1 Registration

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred contact details. You undertake to notify Starwin88 of any changes to your registered information promptly by contacting our support team.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Starwin88 is required to verify the identity and address of Players as a condition of processing certain account actions, including but not limited to withdrawals above applicable thresholds. The following documents may be requested during the KYC process:

• Government-issued photo identification: Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), valid Passport, or valid Driver's License.
• Proof of residential address: a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the previous three (3) months and showing your full name and current address.
• Selfie verification: a clear photograph of yourself holding your identity document beside your face.
• Proof of payment method: where deposits have been made via a specific payment channel, Starwin88 may request confirmation of ownership of that payment method.

Starwin88 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending successful KYC completion. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period will result in account restriction. All documentation submitted for KYC purposes is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.1 Deposits

Deposits are accepted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via approved payment methods which may include, without limitation: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Visa, Mastercard, and supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance in MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of processing. Starwin88 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations where cryptocurrency deposits are involved. Deposits are generally instantaneous for e-wallet and local bank transfer methods, though processing times may vary.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification, or such verification must be underway and not blocked by any pending documentation requests.
• The withdrawal amount must not include funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals are processed to the payment method(s) used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, as a fraud-prevention measure.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are specified within the Platform's banking section.
• Starwin88 targets processing withdrawal requests within 1 hour during operational hours; however, processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

5.3 Transaction Limits

Starwin88 reserves the right to apply transaction limits on a per-player basis, including limits on deposits, withdrawals, and account balances. Limits applicable to your Account tier are disclosed within your Account settings. VIP tier members may be subject to separately negotiated limits as agreed with their account manager.

5.4 Declined and Reversed Transactions

Where a deposit transaction is declined or reversed by your payment provider, Starwin88 may reverse any activity conducted on the Platform using the associated funds and is not liable for any resulting losses.

Starwin88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are governed by the following general terms and any additional specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are only available to players who have registered a valid Account and met the applicable eligibility criteria for each promotion.
• Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available to each eligible Player once only.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from Real Money Balance and must be used in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, unless otherwise specified. Real Money Balance is used first before bonus funds, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses that expire prior to the completion of their wagering requirements are forfeited in full. Expiry periods are specified on a per-promotion basis.
• Starwin88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Starwin88 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts, placing low-risk, mathematically neutral, or hedged bets to minimise wagering risk while meeting rollover requirements, or any other strategy that Starwin88 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion. In such cases, Starwin88 reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals derived from such activity, and permanently close the associated Account(s).

7.1 General

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market, in addition to these general Terms. Sports betting markets on the Platform include, but are not limited to, Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, NBA, UFC, and other international competitions.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

Starwin88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on events where incorrect odds have been published due to a pricing error, system malfunction, or data feed failure. Where odds are materially incorrect, Starwin88 will void the affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Real Money Balance.

7.3 Void and Cancelled Events

Where a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or otherwise does not reach a natural conclusion, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules applicable to that event. Generally, void bets result in the stake being returned. Players should refer to the Platform's sports betting rules section for market-specific settlement policies.

7.4 Casino Game Integrity

All casino games offered on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Game outcomes are statistically independent of one another. Past outcomes do not influence future results. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slots and other relevant games are disclosed within the Platform's game information sections where available.

7.5 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet — including disconnection, server error, or software failure — Starwin88 will attempt to resolve the matter based on available game logs and platform records. In the absence of verifiable records, Starwin88 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the relevant stake. Starwin88 is not liable for any alleged winnings that cannot be verified due to technical failure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using false identity information.
• Using any automated betting software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in multi-player games, including online poker, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or participating in any form of corrupt practice in relation to sporting events offered on the Platform.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of third parties or as part of a money transfer arrangement.
• Depositing funds obtained from criminal activity, including theft, fraud, or money laundering.
• Exploiting platform errors, software bugs, or mispricings — any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to circumvent geographic restrictions or account controls.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at Starwin88 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform for purposes other than personal recreational gambling, including commercial data harvesting or reverse engineering of platform software.

All content published on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and promotional materials — is the property of Starwin88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express prior written consent from Starwin88.

Unauthorised use of Starwin88's intellectual property, including use of the Starwin88 name, logo, or branding for any commercial purpose, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Starwin88 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds or betting losses;
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials;
• Any reliance on odds, statistics, or information displayed on the Platform;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Starwin88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any of its features.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, Starwin88's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by Starwin88 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, Starwin88 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. We do not sell personal data to third parties. All data is stored securely in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

13.1 Suspension by Starwin88

Starwin88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider relating to the Player's Account;
• Verification that the Account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Compliance with a legal order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.

13.2 Closure by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting Starwin88 customer support. Before closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be refunded via your last-used payment method, subject to KYC clearance and applicable minimum withdrawal thresholds. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure or suspension, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including without limitation Sections 8, 9, 10, and 15 — shall continue to apply following Account closure.

Starwin88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Starwin88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via the Platform, email communication, or both. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to Starwin88's customer support team for resolution. Starwin88 will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with standard commercial arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms shall not be interpreted to create any form of partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Starwin88.
